These terms cover the text messaging programme operated by Freeport Manor. They do not replace the accommodation agreement or house rules you sign at check-in.

SMS Terms

Freeport Manor sends text messages to guests who have given us their mobile number and consented to receive them. Consent is given in person at our front desk and is not a condition of your stay or of any service we provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help.

What we send

• Room assignment and check-in details
• Shuttle pickup times and ride confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Maintenance and housekeeping updates for your room
• Property notices, such as scheduled utility interruptions or weather closures
• Replies from our staff to questions you text us

We do not send marketing, promotional or sales messages on this programme.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your stay and on events at the property. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Freeport Manor does not charge you for these messages.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or tell our front desk. We will stop sending immediately. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed — if something is urgent, speak to our front desk rather than relying on a text message.

Your privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
